Your Voice Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. Who can enter? Entrants must be a member of the Your Voice online research community ( Member) and must complete a minimum of one (1) research survey in the Competition Period.

2. In which States and Territories is this competition open? The competition is open Australia wide.

3. How to enter?

  • To enter the monthly prize draw, you need to complete at least one survey through the Your Voice online research community in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ( Valid Entry). You will receive one entry for each survey completed in a month. There are 2 randomly drawn prize winners each month. You can only win one prize draw per month, no matter how many entries have been completed. If you win the prize draw one month, you are still eligible to win for the remaining months of the year.

  • If randomly selected as winner in the prize draw, you must complete the Winner Notification Survey and provide your name and email address to claim your prize.

  • Entries must be sent during the relevant Prize Month and received prior to the relevant draw to be eligible .

  • We take no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected or illegible entries, and all entries are our property and will not be returned.

4. When will this competition run? This competition starts on 1 February 2023 and ends on 31 January 2024 ( Competition Period). The Prize Month for each draw will be as follows:

  • Draw 1: 1 to 28 February 2023

  • Draw 2: 1 to 31 March 2023

  • Draw 3: 1 to 30 April 2023

  • Draw 4: 1 to 31 May 2023

  • Draw 5: 1 to 30 June 2023

  • Draw 6: 1 to 31 July 2023

  • Draw 7: 1 to 31 August 2023

  • Draw 8: 1 to 30 September 2023

  • Draw 9: 1 to 31 October 2023

  • Draw 10: 1 to 30 November 2023

  • Draw 11: 1 to 31 December 2023

  • Draw 12: 1 to 31 January 2024

5. How will the winner be chosen? The winners will be drawn by computer generated random selection from all Valid Entries.

6. What is the maximum number of entries? You may have one entry per survey completed per Prize Month, so long as you complete a Valid Entry.

7. What could you win?

  • There are 24 prizes to be won.

  • Each prize is AUD $50.00 GiftPay e-Gift card (each valued to $50.00 incl. GST).

  • The total prize pool is AUD$1,200.00 (incl. GST).

  • The winner(s) is/are responsible for all other costs and expenses in any way associated with their prize.

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and are not exchangeable or transferable to any other person.

8. Do any special conditions need to be met for the winner to accept the prize? The prize is subject to:

  • The GiftPay e-Gift card issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including redemption locations and/or expiry;

  • The winner completing the Winner Notification Survey (which will be provided by us when we tell the winner they have won a prize). As part of that survey, the winner will need to provide their name and email address

9. How we’ll let the winners know they’ve won a prize.

  • We will, within 15 days of announcing a winner, notify the winner by email using the details provided by the winning entry.

  • If a winner does not complete the Winner Notification Survey within the period specified in the survey, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and we will determine a new winner on the same terms and conditions (we will do this up to 2 times until a winner is determined and successfully claims the prize). If a winner is not determined after 3 total attempts (the initial and 2 additional attempts), we may choose not to conduct any further attempts and not award the prize.

10. Is there an entry fee? No there is no entry fee.

11. Our decisions are final. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. You’re bound by these terms if you submit an entry. By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions

14. Limited liability To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability to you for any loss, including indirect or consequential losses, arising in any way from your entry into the competition or your claim of the prize (including any later, lost or misdirected claims, or any tax liability that you incur in claiming the prize) or your use of the prize (including any inability to use the prize, or any loss (including those arising from personal
injury) sustained as a result of, or during, any travel paid for with the prize). This section 14 does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

15. What is the date, time and place of the draw? The draw will be conducted at Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney, 2060, NSW Australia. The draws will occur on or about:

  • Draw 1: Wednesday, 1 March 2023

  • Draw 2: Monday, 3 April 2023

  • Draw 3: Monday, 1 May 2023

  • Draw 4: Thursday, 1 June 2023

  • Draw 5: Monday, 3 July 2023

  • Draw 6: Tuesday, 1 August 2023

  • Draw 7: Friday, 1 September 2023

  • Draw 8: Monday, 2 October 2023

  • Draw 9: Wednesday, 1 November 2023

  • Draw 10: Friday, 1 December 2023

  • Draw 11: Tuesday, 2 January 2024

  • Draw 12: Thursday, 1 February 2024

16. Who is running this competition? This competition is being promoted by Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited ABN 11 008 423 372 (we, us, our) of 118 Mount Street, North Sydney, 2060, NSW Australia.
